AiActs Consent Document

This document is separate from the Terms of Service. It explains the consent choices used by AiActs during Open Beta.

Required service processing

We process account, authentication, assessment input, report output, security and audit data to provide the AiActs service. This consent is required while the account is active.

Optional marketing

You may opt in to product updates and marketing emails. Refusing or withdrawing this consent does not block use of the service.

Optional analytics

You may opt in to analytics and product improvement tracking. Non-essential analytics should only run after consent.

Optional third-party transfers

You may opt in to non-essential transfers to listed processors. Essential processors needed for account security, transactional email, hosting and report generation are documented in the processor register.

Withdrawal

You can change or withdraw optional consent in Account → Privacy & Data. Withdrawal is logged with date, time, version and method.
