What AiActs does
AiActs provides automated regulatory analysis based on EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). The platform classifies AI systems, identifies applicable obligations, and generates compliance reports. All outputs are deterministic and traceable to the source article of law.
Not legal advice
The platform does not constitute legal advice. Outputs are informational only. Aimperia is not a law firm. Before making any compliance decision or regulatory submission, results must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional. Aimperia accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AiActs outputs alone.
Open Beta access and price
During Open Beta, paid billing is disabled and Stripe checkout is not connected. Any plan prices displayed in the product are informational until paid billing, invoices, VAT handling, refunds and cancellation flows are enabled. We reserve the right to revoke test access where required for security or abuse prevention. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Acceptable use
You may use AiActs to analyse AI systems you operate or are responsible for. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the platform, its knowledge base, or its outputs for commercial purposes without written permission from Aimperia.
Data
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and separate Consent Document.
Accepted contract record
When you accept these Terms, AiActs records the accepted version, time, method, document URL and a short text snapshot in your account audit records. You can view this record in Account → Legal & Requests.
Complaints and support
You can submit service complaints, consumer rights requests or support requests from Account → Legal & Requests or by emailing support@aiacts.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days unless applicable law requires a shorter period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aimperia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AiActs.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of Aimperia's place of incorporation.
