This Open Beta notice is intended to make the operator, service scope, price status and complaint channel visible before commercial launch. Company registration details must be replaced with final legal entity data before paid public release.
Operator
AiActs is operated by Aimperia. Final registered company name, registration number, VAT/tax number and registered address must be confirmed before production billing is enabled.

Service
AiActs provides automated EU AI Act analysis, applicable provision search and report generation. The service is informational and does not replace legal advice.
Price and billing
Paid billing is disabled during Open Beta. Pricing shown in the product is informational until checkout, invoices, VAT handling, refunds and cancellation flows are connected.
Contract records
When a registered user accepts the Terms of Service, AiActs stores the accepted version, acceptance time, method, document URL and a short text snapshot in the account audit records. Users can view this in Account → Legal & Requests. Data retention periods are published in the Retention Policy.
Complaints and requests
Users may submit service complaints, consumer rights requests or privacy requests from Account → Legal & Requests, or by email. Requests are recorded and should be answered within 30 days unless applicable law requires a shorter period.
